We evacuate civilians from the dangers of occupation and beyond. Sometimes it's a family with three children and a parrot. Sometimes it's a person with limited mobility who urgently needs access to medical care. Sometimes it's merely someone who just yesterday thought they could remain home but is now aware they cannot.
